Vi presentiamo il Final Booklet di tutte le attività realizzate nell’ambito dell’Attività di Sviluppo Professionale Activity “Safe Space Mission. Inclusion for All Genders” svoltasi a novembre 2024 nell’ambito del progetto annuale 2023 dell’Accreditamento KA1 Erasmus+ dell’Associazione InCo – Molfetta APS.
Di cosa si è trattato❓ Un corso di formazione internazionale di 5 giorni rivolto agli operatori giovanili che lavorano quotidianamente sulla promozione, l’impatto e la diffusione dei loro progetti Erasmus+. La formazione si è concentrata sulla principale questione “diffusione dei progetti vs promozione” dei programmi Erasmus+ ed ha esplorato le nuove tendenze della comunicazione per raggiungere contemporaneamente giovani e istituzioni. Le attività hanno incluso una serie di workshop e strumenti volti a migliorare le conoscenze e le competenze dei partecipanti in relazione alla promozione, comunicazione e diffusione.

We present to you the Final Booklet of all the activities carried out as part of the Professional Development Activity “Safe Space Mission. Inclusion for All Genders” held in November 2024 within the yearly project 2023 of the KA1 Erasmus+ Accreditation of the InCo – Molfetta APS Association.
What was it about❓A 6-day international training for Youth Workers to constitute a useful introduction to gender dimensions, gender-based issues (including gender-based discrimination and gender-based violence) by providing reflections and methodologies to tackle gender-based issues, specifically within the frame of Erasmus+ and ESC projects. The PDA focused on providing youth workers with the competencies to design, implement, and host their future projects with a comfortable environment: creating indeed a “safe space of inclusion”. The main objective was to equip participants with opportunities to exchange experiences, methodologies, activities and workshops about dealing with gender to improve the quality of their projects, but most importantly the well-being of their participants.
